Washington Rowing Camps
Washington Rowing Camps provides athletes with an opportunity to develop the training and fitness skills needed to elevate athletic performance. Coached by University of Washington men's and women’s coaches, athletes will learn methods and implement strategies that are foundational to the success of elite college programs.

It is also a great chance to learn more about collegiate rowing opportunities and add to take advantage of the summer training period. We will be providing various 5 day training camps for any and all rowers.
Camp will include development of rowing technique, physiology, mindset, strength and conditioning, nutrition, and mobility.
NOTE: Housing is not provided.
To develop small boat skills for future US National Team Events.
Rowing Disciplines Offered: Men, U23, Heavyweight, Sweep, Sculling, Coxswain
Athlete/Coxswain qualification criteria: Camp is open for athletes who have a strong desire to improve their sweep skills in small boats.
This skills camp is aimed towards elite high school age female athletes who have little to no experience with the sport, but is open to any and all women ages 13-19. This camp will allow athletes to try the sport of rowing in the historic Conibear Shellhouse as well as learn training and fitness skills to elevate athletic performance.
Learn the approach that crowned the 2017 NCAA Champion Washington Women’s Rowing team with an unprecedented sweep of the PAC-12 and National Championship. Coached by the University of Washington coaches, athletes will learn methods and implement the strategies that are foundational to the success of elite college programs via small boat training.
